Out-of-Auckland Shipping Policy

Ultimate Living takes no responsibility for shipping outside of Auckland. The contract is between the customer and the transport carrier. We can, however, assist with organising deliveries. We will always get in contact with a customer before dispatch plans are made with the carrier company name. If any products are damaged in transit outside of Auckland it is the customers responsibility to work with the carrier for a solution. We suggest getting transport insurance for large orders.

Shipping Costs

Ultimate Living provides free shipping on all products over $2,500.00 in the central Auckland region. We do not take responsibility for shipping outside Auckland but can help you to arrange shipping as we have a number of trusted third-party carriers.
