Thank you for visiting our online showroom or physical showroom. We pride ourselves in bringing you timeless, contemporary furniture that endures the test of time.
Our Obligations
Under our obligations under the Consumers Gaurantees Act 1993 we will replace products which are faulty or remedy the issue free of charge. However if the fault is due to wear and tear or accidental damage we are not able to do this. However, we can provide you recommended companies that can help with any repairs.
20 Year Warranty
We want our products to last and only sell products that will be sustainable in the long-term. If there are any manufacturing faults we will repair them free of charge (excludes general wear and tear or accidental damage). We sell all of our products ex-Auckland. Therefore for any repair jobs to take place, the product must be sent back to our Auckland factory at the customer's expense.
Italian or New Zealand Made
We guarantee that our products are either 100% made in Italy or New Zealand.
Out-of-Auckland Shipping Policy
Ultimate Living takes no responsibility for shipping outside of Auckland. The contract is between the customer and the transport carrier. We can, however, assist with organising deliveries. We will always get in contact with a customer before dispatch plans are made with the carrier company name. If any products are damaged in transit outside of Auckland it is the customers responsibility to work with the carrier for a solution. We suggest getting transport insurance for large orders.
Shipping Costs
Ultimate Living provides free shipping on all products over $2,500.00 in the central Auckland region. We do not take responsibility for shipping outside Auckland but can help you to arrange shipping as we have a number of trusted third-party carriers. Once you have completed your order, please contact us to discuss.
Payment
We accept credit card, bank transfer, or cash. For all products we just require a 20% deposit to secure the order. The remainder is due either day before delivery (items in stock) or when the product arrives in New Zealand (backorders). If you wish to pay cash please do not use the online store as it is not supported. Visit our showroom to place your order and pay the deposit. Our bank details are as follows:

Once your payment is received we will e-mail you a formal invoice/receipt. Please use your surname as a reference. All transactions via credit card on the website will incur a 3% charge that will be added to the final balance.

All products remain Ultimate Living's property until fully paid.
Estimates for delivery times for custom made and Italian imports in as estimate only. Although we try our best to give you accurate time frames, there are some instances where delays may happen outside of our control.
